We are an ALL volunteer non-profit, passionate about helping children and families move from an unstable and chaotic environment to a brighter future story.
Here at Santa Rosa Bridges Out of Poverty, We are driven by a single goal; to eliminate poverty in our county, Through various community endeavors- we are working hard to make the world a better place for families. We strive to build productive relationships with families and work to strengthen partnerships with people in all sectors of our community to accomplish this mission.
